2,000 Experience
Your Predecessor is a thousand years dead, and some of them settled in you.
Your Predecessor. Choose with your GM who died and left something of themselves in you — a beast-god, an archmage, a warlord, a saint. They are named once, and every clause below that says your Predecessor means them. (Default: Alzar, The Green — worshiped once in the wet places of the world, and the wet places remember.)
Your Predecessor — a thousand years dead
2/day, +1 use at 6th level and every 6 levels after, as a swift action you channel your Predecessor, gaining any one feat or talent from your Predecessor's list for 1 minute. You count as having the borrowed entry, and you do not need to meet its prerequisites; an entry that operates on a class feature, pool, or companion you lack does nothing. Only one channel runs at a time — channeling again ends the one before it — and any ongoing effect the borrowed entry created ends with the channel.
While channeling, you speak and understand your Predecessor's native language. (Default: Draconic.)
any one feat or talent, for 1 minute
Their deeds are still out in the world, for anyone who goes looking.
A talent on the list is whatever its Type column names; a rage power borrowed this way functions while channeling as if you were raging. When you learn a deed of your Predecessor's life firsthand — a place they shaped, a record they left, a creature that knew them — the GM adds a matching entry, comparable in power to the ones already on the list.
| Entry | Type |

| Animal Fury | Rage power |
| Fast Stealth | Rogue talent |
the wet places remember
These Feats modify Memories of the Past.
| Feat | Effect |
|---|---|
| Ancient Rage | Instead of a feat or talent, gain the benefits of rage for the minute; the Strength bonus is a Morale bonus equal to ½ your character level (round down, maximum +8) instead of rage's normal +4. The rage ends with the channel and does not fatigue you. |
| Savagery | While channeling, when you take a full attack you make one extra attack with one of your natural weapons at your full base attack bonus. If you have no natural weapon when you channel, the channel manifests a bite — a primary natural attack dealing 1d6 damage for a Medium creature — and the extra attack uses it. |
| Extra Use | +1 use/day (repeatable). |
| Recovery | When you channel, heal 1d8 per two character levels (round up), plus a number of hit points equal to your Hit Dice. |
| Beast of Ammit | When you channel, you may have your animal companion also change shape, as beast shape II with a caster level equal to your character level, for 1 minute. |
